Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full accounting cycle for 10–50 active projects monthly.
• Prepare and submit customer invoices according to contract terms.
• Perform account reconciliations for balance sheet and project-related accounts.

Skills

Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or similar ERP system

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Understanding of GAAP
