Job summary

A fast-growing construction company is seeking a Project Accountant to work in Denver. The role includes managing all aspects of construction project accounting, from handling draw requests to monitoring cash flows. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills. Familiarity with Procore or NetSuite is preferred. This position offers the opportunity to support project teams and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or 3-5 years of applicable A/E/C industry experience.
• Detailed knowledge of project contracts and change order documents.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project-related records and communicate with Project Managers.
• Prepare, request, and maintain waivers and affidavits for projects.
• Assist in reviewing and reconciling project-related expenses.
