Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of construction accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of WIP, percentage-of-completion revenue, AIA billing, and retainage.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate job-cost data for all projects.
• Prepare monthly Work-In-Progress (WIP) schedules.
• Lead job-cost, WIP, and billing components of the month-end close.

Construction accounting experience

Strong Excel skills

Proficiency in construction accounting systems

Understanding of WIP and percentage-of-completion revenue
