Qualifications

• Experience in construction or project-based accounting is required.
• Proficient with Viewpoint (Vista) ERP software.
• Strong knowledge of job costing and project billing.

Responsibilities

• Process progress billings, time & materials billings, unit-price billings, and change orders.
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure accurate customer billing.
• Monitor accounts receivable and assist with collections.
• Review job costs and support project cost reporting.
• Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts and intercompany transactions.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support financial reporting.
