Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of construction accounting experience.
• Experience with project accounting, job costing, or cost reporting.
• Understanding of subcontract administration, billings, and project financial processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and process subcontractor and supplier invoices.
• Ensure project costs are accurately coded, accrued, and reflected in cost reports.
• Support monthly project close activities, including project P&L review and analysis.
• Process cost transfers and assist project teams with cost report management.
• Assist with preparation and submission of owner billings.
• Monitor accounts receivable, project cash flow, and payment status.
• Partner with project managers to ensure accurate financial reporting on active projects.
