Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-8 years of experience
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts, amendments, insurance, bonds, SOV, Files, and Co Policies.
• Review requisitions and lien waivers.
• Set up and format project financial forecasts for internal and client reporting.
• Manage monthly project forecast meetings and ETCs for labor and expenses.
• Ensure timely accounts receivable and payables.
• Manage project financial closeout process.
• Assist with development of contract abstracts; assist with audits.
• Review WIP on assigned projects and explain variances and balances.
