Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a large-scale capital project program with a strong emphasis on project financial management, budgets, forecasting, invoices, pay applications, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate brings a solid accounting/finance background and excellent organizational and communication skills to support project managers, leadership, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting construction, capital, facilities, or owner-side projects.
• Background as a Project Accountant, Construction Accountant, Project Financial Analyst, Project Controls Coordinator, Cost Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience with contract administration, procurement, or construction project documentation.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle or similar financial management platforms.
• Experience using eBuilder/Trimble, Smartsheet, and/or Bluebeam.
• Experience supporting large-scale capital improvement, healthcare, or facilities programs.
• Understanding of project funding structures, budget forecasting, and cost management processes.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple project teams and stakeholders.
