• Proficiency in construction accounting software such as Procore, GD Edwards, and workflow management systems like On Base
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience in the field
• Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects and complex tasks
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to non-financial team members
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Capacity to adapt to changing project demands and work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Committed to upholding high standards of work and capable of delivering constructive feedback within a supportive framework

Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations for significant construction projects, focusing on accurate billing and efficient payment processes
