Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and verify sales tax exemptions.
• Enter weekly payroll after approvals and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist Project Managers with monthly owner billings and final billing packages.
• Review cost reports and identify variances with PMs.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance and timely payment processing.
