• Manage project accounting support across active jobs.
• Handle AIA/progress billings, lien waivers, and billing schedules.
• Maintain and report on WIP/job cost activity for project financials.
• Support month-end close activities tied to projects.
• Act as an internal partner, responsive, organized, and proactive.
