Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• 2+ years of accounting experience in construction or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine and analyze project cost accounting records and reports.
• Oversee owner billing in compliance with contract terms on a monthly, interim, or milestone basis.
• Support month-end reconciliation and unbilled reports.
• Assist in closing projects and contracts when costs are billed and collected.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and documentation.
