JE Dunn Construction in Denver, CO is seeking a Project Accountant to perform project-level accounting, including cost records, invoicing, and financial reporting to support operations.

You will work with the project team to monitor budgets, prepare owner billings, assist with month-end closes, and provide analytical support. A bachelor's in finance or accounting and 2+ years in construction accounting are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• 2+ years of accounting experience in construction or a related field.
• Strong Excel, ERP, and document management skills.

Mansioni

• Prepares, examines and analyzes project cost accounting records.
• Prepares owner billing monthly or per milestones.
• Oversees timely processing of trade partner pay applications.
• Assists with month-end reconciliation and unbilled reports.
• Supports project audits with required documentation.
• Helps close projects after costs are billed and collected.
