Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project accounting in commercial/public construction.
• Experience with certified payroll, AIA billing, and lien waivers.
• Public works experience preferred (MWRD, CPS, CDB, CDOT, IDOT).
• Strong Excel skills; GC or sub background preferred.
