Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction accounting or project accounting experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and overall proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing project budgets, billings, and cost reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, team-first mindset and desire to continuously learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project billings and client invoices.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Track accounts receivable and support collections efforts.
• Manage purchase orders, subcontract financial documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate trade partner invoicing and lien release processes.
• Support project setup and accounting system administration.
• Partner with Project Managers to provide accurate financial data and forecasting.
• Help ensure compliance with contract requirements and accounting standards.
• Assist with project closeout activities, final billings, and reconciliations.
