You will collaborate with project managers, operations, subcontractors, and the accounting team to monitor costs, forecast budgets, and support closeout processes. The position emphasizes accurate job costing, compliance with accounting procedures, and providing detailed financial analysis to drive project decisions in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of construction accounting experience.
• Experience with General Ledger, Job Cost accounting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with construction-specific ERP software (Viewpoint, HCSS).
• Knowledge of percentage-of-completion accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and enter monthly project quantities and costs.
• Ensure all project costs (labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, etc.) are tracked.
• Review and process project invoices and subcontractor billings timely.
• Assist with labor/equipment reporting systems and project revenue recognition analysis.
• Prepare journal entries and financial reports; assist month-end close.
