Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a dedicated construction project accountant to perform accounting and clerical support for multiple projects. You will compile costs by project, record AP/AR, reconcile costs, prepare check runs, and maintain internal schedules, supporting monthly close and financial meetings.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent accounting experience.
• Two or more years of construction accounting experience.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
• Construction accounting background is required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Compile costs by project and prepare monthly draws.
• Record AP/AR for assigned projects.
• Reconcile construction cost reports with actuals monthly.
• Prepare check runs by project and maintain internal schedules.
• Assist in monthly close with journal entries and reports.
