Responsibilities

Process and review subcontractor AIAs for accuracy.
Attend meetings to ensure proper pay applications per contract terms and coordinate invoices.
Review contracts, payment terms, lien requirements, and waivers.
Generate billings in Timberline and ERP systems.
Review AR and respond to billing inquiries.
Assist with cashflow and project forecasting for Finance Team.
Analyze projects and generate job-costing reports for project teams.
Review subcontractors’ statements and reconcile variances.
