Qualifications

• 1–3 years' MJE experience preferred.
• Proven time management and multi-project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial health of specific projects by tracking costs, budgets and variances.
• Collaborate with project managers to provide financial advice and support.
• Prepare monthly forecast reports and reasonableness analysis.
• Investigate revenue and profit variances for accurate reporting.
• Input contracts, budgets, change orders, and purchase orders into JDE.
• Process invoices, payments and change orders; ensure billing compliance.
• Monitor AR aging and assist with past-due invoices.
• Coordinate weekly time submission for craft employees; assist with audits.
