The successful candidate will start with 4–5 projects and grow to 10–15, coordinating with project managers and trade partners to ensure timely, accurate invoices and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
• 2+ years of accounting or project billing experience in General Contracting / Commercial Construction.
• Experience with G702 and G703, cost-plus billing and subcontractor compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute subcontractor billings and owner billings with full back-up documentation and invoice verification.
• Process monthly project billings with an emphasis on cost-plus accounting models using G702/G703 formats.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners to resolve billing delays and ensure compliance.
• Support peak billing periods to meet deadlines.
• Utilize industry accounting platforms to process workflows and support transitioning software platforms.
