Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of project accounting experience, preferably in construction/restoration.
• Strong understanding of job cost accounting and project financial management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job setup and close-out on projects.
• Maintain project budgets and forecasts with project managers.
• Track costs, commitments, and change orders for timely reporting.
