• Accounts Payable Management: Oversee invoice posting and payments for subcontractors.
• Owner Billing Coordination: Review and post owner billings.
• Contract Review & Risk Management: Ensure compliance and mitigate risk before release.
• Project Closeout Administration: Prepare closeout docs, liens, waivers, warranties, retainage.
• Insurance Compliance: Manage Certificates of Insurance for projects and subs.
• Project Support: Assist with cross-training and other project-related tasks.
• Cross-Training & Development: Participate in reconciliations and qualification support.
