Integrated Openings Solutions, LLC (IOS) seeks a Project Accountant to manage the full accounting lifecycle for multiple projects, liaising with project managers, customers, and vendors. You will ensure accurate invoicing, cash flow forecasting, and timely collections within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of project billing and accounts receivable experience.
• Experience in construction, engineering or project-based accounting environments.
• Familiarity with AIA billing formats and lien waivers.
• Proven ability in job cost accounting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead controllership and accounting functions for field operations across multiple entities.
• Develop and maintain project-level cash flow forecasts aligned with budgets.
• Prepare and issue accurate client invoices per contract terms and milestones.
• Process incoming payments and monitor aging receivables with proactive collections.
• Review vendor invoices, ensure proper authorization, and assist with month-end close.
