Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting, billing, accounts receivable, or accounts payable experience.
• Strong invoicing and AR follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with accounting and field teams.
• Hands-on project accounting focus, not CPA-level month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices, project billing, and related documentation.
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding balances and resolve billing questions.
• Process accounts payable, review invoices for accuracy, and code to projects/cost categories.
• Coordinate billing details and project financial information with project managers and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate project accounting records, including costs, commitments, and billing status.
• Support the accounting team with additional project-related accounting tasks.
