Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Program Manager within the PMO to lead portfolio/program governance across real estate sectors in a multi-project environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proven record of implementing processes and procedures on construction projects or programs.
• Experience managing a program of connected projects with a value of $10M to $100M.
• Competent user of data management software and systems for data management, analytics, and quality assurance.
• Self-motivated and dependable; prioritizes workload effectively.
• Demonstrate experience communicating with multiple internal and external stakeholders such as design teams, client real estate teams, and contractors.
• Ability to present program reports to clients and articulate progress, risks, issues concisely.

Responsibilities

• Develop the defined programs strategic business case covering all projects within scope.
• Define benefits, objectives, and success criteria aligned to the business case.
• Gather and record execution and delivery scope requirements in a program charter.
• Define the program RACI with roles and responsibilities.
• Document lean processes and procedures for managing programs through life cycle.
• Produce and maintain the program framework / playbook including execution plan.
• Maintain tools and templates aligned to the execution plan and methodology.
• Implement an information management system as a single source of truth.
• Analyze risks, opportunities, and capacity; prioritize and control projects.
• Manage resource planning and forecasting aligned to the strategic plan.
• Identify stakeholders and ensure effective communication and input.
• Manage the master schedule driven by project data.
• Assess cross-project interfaces and resolve issues.
• Lead continuous improvements aligned to strategic objectives and benefits.
