Job summary

Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI, seeks a Construction Program Manager to lead major North American facility programs and manage relationships with general contractors and UAW. You will drive cost-effective solutions with cross-functional Ford Land Teams, focusing on value analysis and value engineering actions.

You will work with Environmental Quality and Finance to ensure regulatory compliance, track budgets, and deliver on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
• 5+ years of construction-related experience.
• Strong technical expertise across multiple disciplines (civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage external relationships with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction efforts for major programs at North American manufacturing plant facilities.
• Manage relationships with general contractors, construction managers, and UAW supervision/resources.
• Collaborate with Ford Land Teams to drive cost-effective solutions (Value Analysis/Value Engineering).
• Coordinate with Environmental Quality Office to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support Corporate Safety initiatives and ensure health and safety guidelines are followed.
