Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a field related to construction, supply chain, or business administration.
Significant leadership experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain management.
Proven experience in the construction industry is required.
Strong negotiating skills with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
Experience managing vendor relationships, MSAs, rebates, pricing agreements, lead times, and procurement programs.
Estimating experience is highly preferred, especially leadership of estimating teams.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Experience with Power BI or other BI tools is important.
Comfort with AI tools and data analytics to support decisions.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project requirements and cost-management goals.
Lead and oversee procurement operations: sourcing, purchasing, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management.
Manage strategic vendor relationships including MSAs, rebates, lead times, payment terms, and service-level expectations.
Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost efficiencies while maintaining quality and timelines.
Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, reduce costs, and strengthen supplier performance.
Monitor market conditions, supplier capacity, pricing trends, and material availability to support procurement planning.
Partner with estimating, operations, project management, finance, and other departments to align procurement decisions with budgets.
Provide leadership to estimating teams and department leads; oversee two related departments.
Establish standardized procurement and estimating processes, procedures, and KPIs.
Analyze procurement and estimating data to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
Utilize Power BI to develop reports, dashboards, and actionable insights; leverage AI analytics for forecasting.
