Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Strong experience with bidding, estimating, and budgeting.
• Hands-on experience with site safety and OSHA compliance.
• OSHA 30 certification – REQUIRED.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and review project bids, estimates, and budgets
• Monitor project costs, schedules, and overall profitability
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, crews, and project activities
• Conduct and oversee jobsite safety inspections and safety meetings
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety requirements
• Review plans, specifications, change orders, and project documentation
• Identify potential project risks and develop solutions
• Communicate with clients, field personnel, and management throughout the project
