Job summary

McGough Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all facets of selected construction projects, including financial performance, client satisfaction, and coordination with owners, designers, and subcontractors.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's in Construction Management and five or more years of project management experience, with strong communication, scheduling, and leadership skills. This role requires site work across multiple projects and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Five+ years of commercial or general construction project management experience.
• Experience building partnerships with owners, owner's representatives, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist pursuit teams in understanding project opportunities and client requirements.
• Research prospective clients and project opportunities.
• Assist in preparing RFQs, RFPs, and interview presentations.
• Participate in client interviews and preconstruction meetings.
• Support QA/QC review processes and project planning.
