Job summary

ARCO/Murray is offering a Summer 2027 Project Manager Intern program for highly motivated engineering students. You will assist Project Managers with estimates, schedules, and design meetings to understand project scope and design intent.

You will participate in buyout, submittal reviews, billing support, and site visits, gaining hands-on experience in design/build construction. A structured training program and travel opportunities accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s of Engineering program or related field.
• Prior industry internship experience is a plus.
• Extracurricular involvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Estimating project proposals and assigning dollar values.
• Scheduling timelines for subcontractors to meet deadlines.
• Attend design meetings with owner and team.
• Send bid instructions, schedule, and drawings to subs; evaluate proposals.
• Review shop drawings with project team and subs.
• Assist with subcontracts, change orders, and cost status.
• Visit jobsite with PM and assist superintendent.
• Participate in weekly trainings on ARCO/Murray processes.
