Job summary

ARCO/Murray is seeking highly motivated Project Manager Interns for Summer 2027. This internship offers exposure to estimating, scheduling, design meetings, buyout, and shop drawing reviews, with mentorship and structured training.

Interns will gain hands-on experience from day one, travel opportunities, and potential to earn a discretionary bonus. A pathway to full-time employment may follow graduation.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s of Engineering program or related field of study.
• Prior industry internship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with estimating project values.
• Assist with scheduling subcontractors to meet timelines.
• Attend design meetings with owner and team to understand designs.
• Assist with buyout, subcontracts, and proposals evaluation.
• Review shop drawings with project team and subs.
• Support billing tasks and cost status tracking.
• Visit jobsite with Project Manager and assist field team.
• Participate in weekly training sessions to learn ARCO/Murray processes.
