Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Corporation Findlay, Ohio is seeking interns/co-ops for Construction Management/Project Controls. You will join as an integral team member, applying PM concepts to planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and document control.

Training will be provided and opportunities exist to grow into professional PM roles on projects of varying size. We offer a comprehensive rewards package and an emphasis on development.

Qualifications

• Majors in Construction Management, Construction Science, Construction Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Authorized to work in the US on a full-time, indefinite basis without visa sponsorship.
• Available for multiple work terms and 40 hours per week.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Concurrent enrollment in a degree program throughout the experience.
• MIN- $28.62 per hour / MAX- $36.22 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and scheduling of materials, labor, and equipment for construction.
• Track and analyze costs and compare to control budgets.
• Ensure document control procedures and prepare audit trail documentation.
• Monitor contractor productivity, progress, and performance.
• Develop project management skills across scope, budget and schedule.
