The role develops professional project management skills and provides training opportunities within MPC's energy operations. Locations include Findlay, OH and multiple sites; interns gain hands‑on experience while advancing toward professional PM

Qualifications

• Desired majors include Construction Management, Construction Science, Construction Engineering, Construction Technology or related disciplines.
• Strong academic performance is required.
• Authorized to work in the US on a full‑time, indefinite basis without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Availability for multiple work terms is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Available to work 40 hours per week.
• Concurrent enrollment in a degree‑seeking program throughout the internship.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule materials, labor, and equipment for construction.
• Track and analyze costs; compare to budgets and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with document control procedures.
• Assist with bid preparation, awards, and contract administration.
• Monitor contractor productivity, progress, and performance.
• Prepare schedule updates and critical path analysis.
