• MIN- $28.62 per hour / MAX- $36.22 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule materials, labor and equipment for construction.
• Track and analyze costs and compare to budgets.
• Ensure compliance with document control procedures.
• Prepare documents for audit trail of major decisions and risk mitigation.
• Assist with bid preparation, award, and contract administration.
• Monitor and report contractor productivity and progress.
• Prepare schedule updates and critical path analyses.
