Job summary

ARCO Companies is seeking a Project Manager Intern in Fort Myers, FL. You will gain hands-on experience in estimating, scheduling, design coordination, buyout, permitting, submittal reviews, billing, and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Estimating and assigning dollar values to projects.
• Creating a working timeline for subcontractors to meet deadlines.
• Participating in design meetings with owner and team.
• Sending bid instructions and evaluating proposals for subcontracts.
• Filling out permit forms and coordinating approvals with city/county/fire departments.
• Reviewing shop drawings and submittals and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Handling subcontracts, change orders, pay requests, and applications.
• Visiting job sites with the PM to ensure smooth project progress.
