Job summary

ARCO is seeking a Project Manager for its Fort Myers, FL office to drive project performance from day one. You will oversee estimating, scheduling, design coordination, and progress reporting, while collaborating with owners and the design team to refine concepts and control costs.

The role requires 2–5 years of construction management experience, a BS in Engineering, and proficiency with MS Project and MS Office.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with minimum 3.2 GPA.
• 2–5 years of construction management or engineering design experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee managerial and administrative aspects: estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports and billing.
• Coordinate with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and reviews.
• Lead buyout, subcontractor selection, and bi-weekly job site meetings; ensure safe operations and timely decisions.
