Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager II for our National Mission Critical team. You will oversee administration of assigned projects, manage schedules, budgets, contracts, and status reports under supervision, and travel as needed.

The role emphasizes collaboration with PMs on cost control, design development, and early turnover processes. A bachelor’s degree in construction management and 6+ years in the Mission Critical sector are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management with 6+ years of Mission Critical experience.
• Willingness to travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in owner/client sales presentations.
• Participate in design development, budget preparation, and project schedule.
• Share project cost responsibility with supervision and keep the supervisor informed.
• Prepare and control budget, schedule, and bid documents; negotiate subcontracts; assist profit projections.
• Support jobsite coordination meetings and project status reporting.
• Conduct project close-out duties including final cost, punch list, final billing and collection of fees.
