Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management is required.
• 6+ years of proven experience in the Mission Critical industry.
• Ability and willingness to travel for projects.
• Strong knowledge of complex mission critical MEP systems.
• Experience with MOPs and early turnover processes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in owner/client sales presentations.
• Contribute to design development, budget preparation, and project scheduling.
• Share job cost responsibility with supervising PM or Division Manager.
• Prepare and control budget, schedule, and bid documents; negotiate and award subcontracts.
• Lead jobsite coordination meetings and issue job status reports.
• Perform project close-out duties including final cost, punch list, billing, and collections.
