Jobot is seeking a Construction Project Manager to own commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout on a Omaha, NE site. You will manage schedules, budgets, contracts, documentation, quality, safety and relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of PM experience on commercial projects, familiarity with healthcare, education or judicial facilities, and a strong grasp of drawings, specifications and

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of construction Project Management experience.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Healthcare, K-12 education, judicial facilities, or similar projects preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Own projects from preconstruction through closeout, including schedules, costs, contracts, documentation, quality and safety.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, pay applications, billing procedures and project documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams to keep projects moving.
• Lead teams and hold subcontractors accountable while maintaining schedule, budget, quality and safety.
