Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile healthcare, education, mission‑critical and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. Based out of our Phoenix headquarters, you will own projects ranging from $10M to $50M+, manage PMs and engineers, and build lasting relationships with owners, architects and trade partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• 4+ years as PM/Senior PM with a general contractor or construction manager.
• Experience delivering $10M–$50M+ projects.
• CMAR, design-build and negotiated GMP experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead and develop project teams of PMs, APMs and project engineers.
• Be the main point of contact for owners, architects, engineers and trade partners.
• Manage buyout, subcontracts, cost forecasting, change orders and pay applications.
• Build and manage master schedules, including fast‑track and phased projects with complex permitting.
• Work closely with superintendents and the EHS team to keep sites safe.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, BIM coordination and quality control.
• Build long‑term client relationships that lead to repeat work.
• Support business development, interviews and proposals.
