Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering or applicable discipline plus a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project plans, monitor progress against schedule and budget, and report to senior management.
• Coordinate resources, subs and vendors to maintain the project schedule.
• Prepare and distribute weekly status reports and ensure documentation control.
• Manage change orders, subcontract agreements and risk management activities.
