Job summary

Lochridge-Priest, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project delivery, budgeting and scheduling. You will drive estimates, proposals, and client communication while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time performance across tees and sites in the Central Texas area.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of PM experience, familiarity with HVAC/plumbing, and proficiency with Excel and estimating software. This role emphasizes collaboration with field leadership and senior management to maximize

Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• PM certification and related association is a plus.
• HVAC, plumbing familiarity, and construction methods are required.
• Ability to interpret plans and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality goals.
• Plan, schedule, and set procedures to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate with field teams on schedules, materials, and submittals.
• Develop and transmit project documents, change orders, and risk plans.
• Maintain customer relationships and conduct monthly project reviews.
• Support sales/estimating with quotes and proposals.
