Qualifications

• Accurate 10-key entry by touch and data-entry accuracy.
• Strong customer service and professional communication.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly certified payroll, including uploads and distribution of reports.
• Process subcontractor certified payroll and distribute as needed.
• Maintain certified payroll folders and project Excel sheets.
• Provide customer support to prime contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor emails for contract information and assist with start-up paperwork.
• Assist with Union Reports and Status Letters and general office duties.
