Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with time-tracking software (B2W a plus).
• Proficient in Excel with basic formulas and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
• Ability to meet payroll deadlines and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Time verification: Review daily and weekly time entries before payroll cutoff.
• Verify correct job, phase, cost code, and equipment coding for hours.
• Confirm overtime, per diem, and shift entries meet policy and wage rules.
• Carry out PTO tracking and maintain accruals for all employees.
• Prepare payroll-ready time data and Excel reports for each pay period.
• Support HR with onboarding paperwork and payroll record updates.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
