Job summary

Haren Construction Company seeks an experienced Payroll Administrator to support weekly payroll processing, timecard review, and accuracy across projects. The role requires handling holiday pay, vacation and overtime audits, and inputting bonus information, with strong confidentiality.

You'll collaborate with the Payroll, Accounting, and HR teams, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and respond to state unemployment agencies as needed.

Qualifications

• At least one year of payroll experience in a project-based environment.
• Construction industry payroll experience highly preferred; temporary staffing agency payroll experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly payroll processing and review timecards.
• Coordinate with superintendents and leaders about time worked.
• Enter holiday pay, audit vacation time and overtime, and input bonuses.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Respond to state unemployment agencies and payroll handbook questions.
• Interface with Payroll, Accounting, and HR teams; maintain strict confidentiality.
