Tiello LLC is partnering with a leading General Contractor in the Philadelphia area seeking a Payroll & AR Specialist to join their team. The role focuses on processing weekly payroll (both union and non-union), managing client invoicing, and maintaining accurate accounts receivable in a fast-paced construction environment.

Ideal candidates understand prevailing wage, certified payroll, lien waivers, and AIA billing, with 3+ years in payroll/AR.

Qualifications

• Experience processing payroll for union and non-union workers.
• Knowledge of prevailing wage, certified payroll, lien waivers, and AIA billing.
• Construction industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and construction accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for union and non-union employees.
• Manage client invoicing and monitor accounts receivable.
• Ensure payroll compliance with CBAs and wage requirements.
• Support accounting with financial reporting and admin tasks.
