Job summary

Innovative Concrete, LLC is seeking a Payroll and AP Manager to join our accounting team in Utah. You will manage weekly construction payroll, deductions, and accounts payable, collaborating with the Controller, HR, and field supervisors to ensure accurate and timely payments.

We value dependability, organization, and clear communication. A strong background in construction accounting and proficiency with Word, Excel, Sage, and ADP are essential. Travel to other divisions may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior industry experience is required.
• Accounting background is required.
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Sage, ADP, etc.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process weekly construction payroll.
• Process all payroll deductions including garnishments, loans and tax withholdings.
• Process weekly payroll reports and prevailing wage reports.
• Handle accounts payable and vendor invoices, reconcile accounts.
• Support year-end activities and audits as needed.
