Job summary

Pike Industries, Inc., a CRH company, is seeking a Construction/Road Intern for the summer. You will rotate through paving installation, construction operations, and quality control, gaining hands-on experience on real projects and working with seasoned crews.

This internship provides mentorship, training from industry experts, opportunities to travel to locations in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont, and a fast-paced environment with growth potential and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or planning to enroll in a college degree program.
• Able to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments, both independently and in a team setting.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours, including nights or weekends.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Paving Installation: Work with paving crews to understand the asphalt installation process from layout to completion.
• Construction Operations: Learn how projects are planned and executed, manage equipment, and participate in safety measures.
• Support Tasks: Assist with manual labor, directing traffic at construction sites, and potentially operating equipment.
