Job summary

Pike Industries, a CRH company, offers a Construction/Road Intern summer program in New Hampshire. You will rotate through paving teams, gain hands-on experience, and learn from seasoned professionals across asphalt installation, project management, and quality control.

You’ll collaborate with crews on real projects, benefit from mentorship, and have opportunities to travel to Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Competitive pay and overtime potential are available.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or planning to enroll in a college degree program.
• Able to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments, both independently and in a team setting.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours, including nights or weekends.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Paving Installation: Work with paving crews to understand the asphalt installation process from layout to completion.
• Construction Operations: Learn project planning, coordinate with subcontractors, manage equipment, and participate in safety measures.
• Support Tasks: Assist with manual labor, directing traffic at construction sites, and potentially operating equipment.
