Pike Industries, a CRH company, is offering a Construction/Road Intern position in Maine. You will rotate through paving and construction teams, learning from experienced professionals and gaining exposure to paving installation, project management, and quality control. Travel to locations in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont is expected.

The internship provides mentorship, hands-on experience, and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment with potential for overtime and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or planning to enroll in a college degree program.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours, including nights or weekends.
• Able to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments, both independently and in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Paving installation: assist with asphalt installation from layout to completion.
• Construction operations: learn project planning, subcontractor coordination and safety.
• Support tasks: assist with manual labor, tool use, directing traffic, and equipment operation.
