Job summary

Bobcat of Tidewater, a division of Winchester Equipment Company, is hiring a Parts & Rental Associate to serve customers with parts sales, equipment rentals, and inventory support. You’ll help customers identify needs, process orders, and coordinate rentals in a fast-paced dealership setting.

You’ll work with service technicians, sales staff, and vendors to keep equipment moving, maintain accurate records, and uphold safety and showroom standards while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and business software systems.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and email customers.
• Assist customers with identifying, ordering, and purchasing parts for construction equipment.
• Coordinate equipment rentals, including reservations, contracts, returns, and customer inquiries.
• Recommend parts, attachments, and rental solutions that meet customer needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, organize, and maintain parts inventory in warehouse and showroom areas.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Work closely with service technicians, sales representatives, and vendors to support customer needs.
• Help maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment.
• Follow dealership procedures and safety standards while supporting daily operations.
